Brian Myers, Milwaukee Pianist

Brian Myers is a versatile pianist and singer with performance credits in musical theatre, opera, drama, and choral music. He works regularly as a music director and has a particular enthusiasm for the synthesis of music and theater. Brian joined the adjunct music faculty at Pius XI High School in 2012. He maintains a voice studio at his home and is a teaching artist for PianoArts and First Stage.

His work as a singing songwriter has led him to stages from coast to coast, including the Strawberry One Act Festival in New York City where his song cycle “STATUS: a music drama for the digital age” had its premiere in 2011. His music displays a range of styles commensurate with his varied musical interests: his songs are performed at the cabaret and in the concert hall.
