Born in Spain, Alejandro has performed as both a piano soloist and accompanist for singers and instrumentalists in Europe, the United States and South America. Thus far, he has collaborated with many companies as accompanist, vocal coach or conductor. These include Bilbao Opera Company, Biotz Alai Choir (both in Spain), Opera Theater of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera, Carnegie Mellon University, Point Park University, Stage Right, Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, Tri-County Choir, Pittsburgh Savoyards, Florentine Opera of Milwaukee, Milwaukee Ballet and Skylight Opera Theatre and Choral Arts Society of Southeastern Wisconsin.
Currently, Alejandro plays for the UW-Parkside and is the Music Director at First Presbyterian Church of Racine. He received his Masters in Piano with an emphasis in vocal and chamber music from Carnegie Mellon University and his undergraduate studies were done at Juan Crisostomo de Arriaga Conservatory, in Bilbao, Spain.
